These peppermint shots are dressed up with ice cream, whipped cream, candy canes and peppermint bark. It’s dessert in a tiny glass! Serve these Christmas drinks with dessert or in place of it. They are sure to please your crowd.

Candy Cane Shooters

Yield: 6
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Peppermint shots made with ice cream and topped with peppermint bark, the perfect Christmas dessert drink.

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
  • Light corn syrup
  • Candy canes
  • Whipped Cream
  • Peppermint bark

Instructions

  1. On a small plate crush a handful of candy canes.
  2. On a second dish pour a small amount of light corn syrup.
  3. Dip the rim of 6 shot glasses into the corn syrup then the crushed candy canes. Set aside.
  4. In a blender combine ice cream, vodka, and peppermint schnapps. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the drink into the shot glasses and top with whipped cream and a small piece of peppermint bark.
