My family and I will be celebrating Christmas on New Year’s Eve this year, so we’re packing in a lot of fun and celebrating into one evening. Today I’m sharing 2 easy champagne cocktails for New Year’s Eve that you can make with just a few simple ingredients.

1) The Poinsettia
- 1/2 ounce cranberry juice
- 1/4 ounce triple sec
- champagne
Start with a champagne glass and add the juice and triple sec. Then top with champagne. Garnish with a few cranberries and a lime twist.
2) Mimosa
- 1 ounce orange juice
- champagne
Start with a champagne glass and add the orange juice. Top with champagne and garnish with an orange twist.
These 2 cocktails are easy to make and sure to please your guests this New Year’s Eve.
