Doll Jewelry Storage

Little Lady is getting into dolls big time.  My parents saved quite a bit of my Barbie collection from years ago and she is just in love with it!  We have been hitting up garage sales this summer adding to her collection, now comes the task of organizing it all.  Little Lady is only 4 so organizing tiny things {or anything really} is not a strong suit.  Her baby sister is also into everything so these little accessories and clothes all need a safe and organized home.  We created this easy doll jewelry storage out of a mint container, and will be making more for shoes and other tiny items.

Cute storage idea for all those tiny doll accessories. An upcycled mint container.

I was so inspired by this earphone case tutorial from Make it Love it, I knew I had to try my own version.  You have to check out her video, you will want to make your own earphone case.

Watch this quick video to see how I made this doll jewelry storage out of a mint container.

Supplies:

  • Round mint container
  • Sticker Paper (printer and scissor or Silhouette)
  • Adhesive rhinestones on a roll

I removed the top and bottom labels from the container and added a Barbie sticker to the top.  I printed this design onto sticker paper and cut it using my Silhouette.  I decorated the sides using adhesive rhinestones.  Such a simple upcycle and cute way to store small doll accessories.

Have you ever re purposed a mint container?  I am thinking of so many other things I could use these for.

Thanks for visiting!
