Tips for Frozen Cool Whip Sandwich
- Vary the graham cracker flavor, try cinnamon, vanilla or chocolate.

These cool whip treats come in at 100 calories a piece. Loaded with creamy goodness and tons of flavor, you’ll feel indulgent. I like to keep a tray of these in the freezer for when I’m craving something sweet but don’t want to go overboard.
Cool Whip comes in regular and light versions. I prefer to use the full on real version. At only 25 calories a serving it’s worth it get that wonderful creamy texture.
For this recipe I chose cinnamon graham crackers and round rainbow sprinkles. Try a different flavor cracker and opt for any sprinkles you like! Or you can leave off the sprinkles all together if that’s not your cup of tea.
- 1 graham cracker
- 3 Tbsp. Cool Whip
- Break 1 graham cracker sheet into 2 squares
- Drop 3 Tbsp. of whipped topping onto a cracker square and press the other square on top.
- Smooth the edges with a spoon.
- Dip each edge of the sandwich into sprinkles to coat.
- Freeze until the whipped topping is solid, at least 6 hours.

Once the tray of cool whip sandwiches are frozen, transfer them to an airtight container and store them in the freezer. These will last some time in the freezer so you can enjoy them 1 at a time. However, in my house these don’t last long! Everyone wants one as soon as I make them.
