My girls are 2 and 5 and really enjoy those squeeze pouches full of delicious fruit and veggies. I only buy pouches that have veggies in them and love that even on days when they turn their noses up to whole foods, at least they will suck down one of these. We have been saving the caps for a while trying to figure out something creative to do with them. Little Lady decided it would be fun to share with you how we play with these caps while we’re waiting for that perfect craft project idea to strike.
Little Lady has wanted to do a video for a long time, she is excited about this one and I am so proud of her. This was her idea and she directed me. We hope you enjoy this video and that you find some ways to have fun with your own squeeze pouch caps.
Having Fun With Squeeze Pouch Caps
Are your kids fans of squeeze pouches? Have you held on to any of these caps? I’d love to hear how you use them, and see any crafts you have made.
Thanks for visiting and supporting Little Lady’s first video.

I too thought there has to be something fun to do with these colorful caps! So I've saved them from my daycare kids. My older ones each get a handful of mixed colors and have to count each color. Then we compare which number is greater and write with that color crayon on their paper. Younger ones get several size containers and get to practice pouring with these caps. We've painted/stamped with them too. And matching colors with colored containers.
