Mini fruit tarts with greek yogurt and graham cracker crust. Simple recipe with just a few ingredients.

Watch how easy these are to make then read on for all the full recipe and all the details.

I have a sweet tooth, I truly love any and all sweets.  I also have a love for simple recipes and this one couldn’t be much easier.  I used a basic graham cracker crust formed into mini tart cups and topped them with yogurt and fruit.  I used a tried and true recipe from Crazy for Crust, she not only provides a recipe but lots of tips for getting a delicious crust every time.

I am all for simplicity in a recipe so I chose coconut greek yogurt for these mini fruit tarts.  You can use any flavor greek yogurt to compliment the fruit on top off the tart.  No need to mix up a filling, just open a container of your favorite yogurt.

These mini fruit tarts are the right size for dessert and offer the perfect blend of sweet and crunchy.  My whole family loved these and I plan to make them for an upcoming party.

Ingredients:

Make the crust according to the recipe.  Press the crumbs into a greased muffin pan pressing firmly with your fingers into the bottom and halfway up the sides.  Chill for at least 1 hour.

To remove the cups from the tin, gently loosen them with a knife.  Spoon the yogurt into the graham cracker cup and top with cut strawberries or any fruit you choose.

Sarah! No fair! I am desperately trying to stay away from sweets for a period of time and these look so deliciously simple...I love everything about them.

I'm going to pin it for when I finish this diet...or for one of my cheat days!

Thanks, Lynn
